Cancellation & Refund Policy
Order Cancellations:
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, we are unable to accept cancellations through our standard procedure. Please be aware that any cancellation requests made after payment may be subject to a cancellation fee, which depends on the level of inconvenience and costs incurred due to the cancellation request. We will assess each case individually to determine the appropriate fee, if applicable.
Refund Process:
For orders canceled by HUEMUSE or any refunds accepted, the refund process typically takes 2 to 10 days. In some cases, refunds may be processed instantly. If, however, customers do not receive their refunds after the 10-day period, we kindly encourage them to reach out to our support team for prompt assistance.
Returns:
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
Wrong Size: Customers may request a return if the product received is the wrong size. Please ensure to refer to the size chart before placing an order.
Damaged Product: If a product is received in a damaged condition, customers can contact us for a resolution.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued back to the original payment source used for the order.
Exceptions:
If a customer is unavailable to receive an order, and reshipping is required, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee. Order payments are not refunded, and cancellations are not possible after an order has been shipped.

Exchanges for Incorrect or Defective Products:
